Custom Service Manufacturing, LLC (CSM) operates out of 80,000 square foot facility located in Elkhorn WI and has been in operation since January 2008 supporting a Fortune 500 company’s worldwide operations.

CSM provides die cutting (converting services) plus other added value services together with fulfillment, warehousing and distribution support to meet worldwide demand. Products are laminated, die cut, classified, packaged and palletized ready to ship within the US and to operations in the Pacific Rim, Europe, Latin America and Southern Africa.

Dedicated teams of management and hourly associates manage production requirements that meet or exceed customer expectations. Inventory management has an ongoing accuracy of 99.98$% on an inventory valued in excess of $500-million.

Delivery criteria are consistently at 100% for both US and Offshore destinations with no expedited freight charges. External PPM is <10 and our internal PPM is <22, the target PPM =<50.

CSM is a registered Woman’s Business Enterprise (WBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and is designated by the SBA as a Small Disadvantaged Business. We operate under the TS16949 Quality Management System.
